Step 2. Use File Manager to locate the WhatsApp media folder. Home >> SD card >> Whatsapp >> Media.
Step 3. In the Media folder, a subfolder named WhatsApp Image appears.
Step 4. Rename this folder to .WhatsApp images.

Another way to hide the Whatsapp image from the gallery.
Step 4. Or, you can create a .nomedia file in this folder. You can create a new file by clicking the plus button and selecting the File option.
Step 5. After step 4, you open the gallery and you will no longer see the Whatsapp folder. If so, you'll need to clear your app's cache on your Android device. You can clear the cache by going to App
Manger or Apps >> Clear cache. Do not forget to turn off the Don.t hidden files option.
